PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation program, an evaluation device and an evaluation method for an automatic brake system, capable of evaluating a performance of the automatic brake system uniformly without depending on a type thereof.SOLUTION: An evaluation device 40 for an automatic brake system comprises a regression analysis execution unit 40A and an evaluation unit 40B. The regression analysis execution unit 40A performs a regression analysis on the basis of a result of test whether or not a vehicle having an automatic brake system mounted thereon collides with an object to be collided with in response to an action of the automatic brake system. The evaluation unit 40B evaluates an automatic brake system 10 on the basis of a result of the regression analysis. An objective variable in the regression analysis is an initial speed of the vehicle before the automatic brake system operates.
