PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system which can cause an image forming device to display information suitable for a user of the image forming device.SOLUTION: A management server of an image forming system comprises a storage unit which stores display information in association with user limit conditions for displaying the display information on an MFP. The management server manages a use history of the MFP by a user (S131 and S132). When a managed use history for a user using the MFP satisfies the user limit conditions stored in the storage unit, the management server determines display information stored in the storage unit in association with the user limit conditions, to be transmitted to the MFP (S133 and S135).
