PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system which can cause an image forming device to display information introducing functions suitable for a user among functions executable in the image forming device.SOLUTION: A management server of an image forming system comprises a storage unit which stores function display information introducing MFP functions in association with conditions for displaying the function display information on the MFP. The management server manages a use history of the MFP by a user (S131 and S132). When a managed use history for a user using the MFP satisfies the conditions stored in the storage unit, the management server determines function display information stored in the storage unit in association with the conditions, to be transmitted to the MFP (S134 and S136).
