PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a floor face of an insulating ceramic tile, which eliminates unevenness on the floor face, can prevent static electricity from remaining on the floor face, and can reduce a work period of repair work and the like, and to provide the floor face.SOLUTION: The method for forming the floor face modifies an adhesive agent and a joint material to be used for the insulating ceramic tile, into a conductive adhesive agent 40 and a conductive joint material 60, attaches a conductive tape 20 on a floor 10 and discharges static electricity remaining on a surface of an insulating ceramic tile 50 into the ground by using an earth part 30. |
