[Problem] To provide a rotational force transmitting device configured so that the circumferential rattling of an output shaft caused by the circumferential rattling of an input-side mechanism is prevented, and so that the rotational force transmitting device can be easily formed into a thin and compact structure and can be produced with high productivity. [Solution] A rotational force transmitting device is configured in such a manner that a clutch mechanism (1) and a planetary gear mechanism (2) are axially connected within a stationary member (10) and in such a manner that rotational force inputted in the sun gear (62) of the planetary gear mechanism (2) is outputted from the output rotation body (20) of the clutch mechanism (1). A substantially cylindrical inner peripheral surface is formed on the stationary member (10). A housing chamber (11) for housing the clutch mechanism (1) is formed by one axial side of the inner peripheral surface. An internally toothed gear (2a) meshed with the planetary gears (61) of the planetary gear mechanism (2) is formed on the other axial side of the inner peripheral surface.
