LONG TERM PRESERVATION SOLUTION OF ADIPOSE TISSUE FOR ISOLATING AND CULTURING STEM CELL

Disclosed is a long term preservation solution of an adipose tissue for isolating and culturing stem cells, comprising the following components: phosphate buffer solution and ascorbic acid. Also disclosed are a preparation method and uses of the preservation solution, as well as an adipose tissue mixture containing the preservation solution and the adipose tissue. The preservation solution of the present invention can preserve an excised adipose tissue over an extended period of time with no toxic effect on tissue cells; and the adipose tissue-derived stem cells isolated and extracted from a preserved adipose tissue have good propagation capability, thus maintaining the properties and differentiation potential of said cells relatively well.
