PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane-based resin aqueous dispersion (UE) that has a good film-forming property and is excellent in mechanical properties and durability such as water resistance, solvent resistance and the like of a dried film thereof.SOLUTION: A polyurethane-based resin aqueous dispersion (UE) includes a polyurethane resin that is obtained by reacting a polyurethane resin (U) having a carboxy group in the molecule with a compound (P) that is reactive with a carboxy group and has an SP value which is different by 3 or less from the SP value of the polyurethane-based resin (U) having a carboxy group, and water. |
