PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel flow type heat exchanger in which, while suppressing the adhesion of condensed water to corrugated fins of the parallel flow type heat exchanger, a means for suppressing it does not cause a decrease of the amount of heat exchange.SOLUTION: A parallel flow type heat exchanger 50 includes: header pipes 51, 52 arranged in parallel at intervals; a plurality of flat tubes 53 which are arranged between the header pipes 51, 52 and makes coolant passages 54 disposed on an inner part of the heat exchanger communicate with an inner part of the header pipes 51, 52; and corrugated fins 55 arranged between the flat tubes 53 themselves. The corrugated fins 55 are configured so that a cross section area of a ventilation space 55c between fin plates 55a on a portion located on the windward side of an air flow passing through the heat exchanger 50 is set larger than the cross section area of the ventilation space 55c on the other portion. One side of the fin plates 55a facing each other is cut off, a cross section shape of the ventilation space 55c is turned to an approximate parallelogram, and thereby, the cross section area of the ventilation space 55c is enlarged. |
