PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a building appropriate for site information automatically.SOLUTION: An automatic CAD design system comprises: an acquisition unit ACQ acquiring site information prescribing a site and building type information; a memory unit 120 storing group rule information and individual unit information prescribing an individual unit; an extraction unit EXT extracting the group rule information applied to the site prescribed in the site information on the basis of the acquired site information; a space calculation unit SPC calculating a presence possible space of a building which can be built on the site on the basis of the acquired site information and with reference to the extracted group rule information (including building coverage ratio, floor area ratio, setback-line regulation, height limit, sun shadow regulation); and an auto designing unit AUD automatically designing a building including a plurality of separate units in the presence possible space on the basis of the acquired building type information and with reference to at least a part of the extracted group rule information. |
