PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device which emits light of high saturation, along with an exhibition object radiation luminaire, a meat radiation luminaire, a vegetable radiation luminaire, a fresh fish radiation luminaire, a general purpose luminaire, and a semiconductor light-emitting system which contain the semiconductor light-emitting device.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting device 1 includes an LED chip 10 as a semiconductor light-emitting element, and a phosphor 20 which emits light with the LED chip 10 as an excitation source. The phosphor contains at least green phosphor and red phosphor and is emitted from the semiconductor light-emitting device 1. A value of intensity of the light of 660nm wavelength in the spectrum of the light specified for optical flux is 170% or more and 300% or less of the value of intensity of the light of 660nm wavelength in the spectrum of reference light for color rendition evaluation that is specified for optical flux.
