PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unnaturalness in synthesis caused by the properties of an optical system, in a panoramic photographing mode, and to perform photographing with a field angle corresponding to the numerical value of a focal distance, in the other photographing modes.SOLUTION: A distortion correction part 110 corrects image data of a subject image in accordance with the properties of a photographic lens 101. A photographing mode setting part 160 sets one of the panoramic photographing mode and the other photographing modes. A signal processing part 190 controls correction strength in the distortion correction part 110 in accordance with a mode set by the photographing mode setting part 160. |
