PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an axial flow turbine diaphragm without welding or other metal fusion or melting technologies.SOLUTION: Static blade units 16 are attached to inner and outer diaphragm rings by radially inner platforms 162 that are engaged with a radially inner ring 12, and radially outer platform portions 163 that are engaged a radially outer ring 14, the inner platforms are elongated in the circumferential direction of the turbine diaphragm and the outer platforms are elongated in a direction coincide with the stagger angle of an airfoil 161. The radially inner ring 12 has a blade unit retaining portion 124 of a complementary shape and orientation to the inner platforms 162 of the static blade units, and the inner circumference of the radially outer ring 14 is provided with a plurality of blade unit retaining portions 147 of complementary shapes and orientations to corresponding outer platforms 163 of the static blade units. |
