PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a micro fluid chip not apt to have leakage of a solution.SOLUTION: A micro fluid chip 13 includes a base chip 11, a chip body 13A, and a first comb type electrode pattern 27 and a second comb type electrode pattern 29. The chip body 13A is mounted on the base chip 11, and has a fine flow passage 17 constituted with the base chip 11. The first comb type electrode pattern 27 and the second comb type electrode pattern 29 are provided to the chip body 13A not to be exposed to the fine flow passage 17. |
