The present invention provides a remote simulation-based ship production system and method using a mobile that may cope with an emergency and an unexpected situation on-site by performing a production simulation based on a production plan, a resource plan, and a distribution plan in real time by using a worker's mobile at a ship production site through a modification and change of a simulation result value, and reflecting them through re-performing the simulation. According to the present invention, if an unexpected situation occurs in the process of executing ship production, such as differences between plans and results, a sudden situation arising on-site, and a work order change on-site, a shipyard worker immediately inputs a related information such as simulation data by using his/her mobile terminal so as to be able to obtain available simulation results reflecting the site situation in real time and to thus cope with the emergency and unexpected situation flexibly on-site.
