<p>The invention relates to a foam having a density of less than 300 kg/m3, obtained from a composition comprising: a polyolefin selected from the group comprising polyethylene and polypropylene and mixtures thereof; at least one functionalised polyolefin comprising between 0.1 and 10 mass-% of at least one functional monomer (X) selected from among unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydrides, unsaturated oxiranes and unsaturated silanes, preferably maleic anhydride or glycidyl methacrylate; between 2 and 40 mass-% starch in relation to the total weight of the composition; and between 2 and 40 % of at least one plasticiser of the starch, in relation to the total weight of the composition. The invention also relates to a production method and to the uses of said foam.</p> |
