PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin circularly polarizing plate having superior antireflection capability, a method of manufacturing the same, and a display device equipped with the same.SOLUTION: Provided are a circularly polarizing plate having a liquid crystal phase difference layer formed with a liquid crystal phase difference layer forming composition containing a polymerizable liquid crystal compound, a phase difference layer comprising a phase difference film formed by stretching a polymer film, and a polarizing layer formed with a polarizing layer forming composition containing a dichroic segment, arranged in the described order, and a method of (continuously) manufacturing the same. Also provided is a display device equipped with the circularly polarizing plate and display elements such as organic EL display elements. |
