PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily gelled cosmetic excellent in moisture retaining feeling and stability over time such as drain while achieving excellent spreading properties and no stickiness.SOLUTION: An oily gelled cosmetic includes following components (A)-(E): (A) a dextrin fatty acid ester and/or inulin fatty acid ester; (B) one or more selected from polyethylene glycols with an average molecular weight of 300-6,000; (C) an oil having a hydroxyl group in the molecule; (D) 40-95 mass% of an oil (except the component (C)) with a viscosity of ≤2,000 mPas at 30°C; and (E) a hydrophobized silicic anhydride. |
