PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can suppress power consumption of a memory during a suspended state.SOLUTION: A CPU 1 calculates the number of DRAMs for which power supply is to be continuously provided during a suspended state, on the basis of the ratio of size of data to be held during the suspended state to data capacity of an entire main memory 2. When the calculated number of DRAMs for which power supply is to be continuously provided is less than the total number of DRAMs 21 to 24, the CPU 1 changes widths of data stored in the DRAMs 21 to 24 according to data widths calculated based on the number of DRAMs for which power supply is to be continuously provided. Then, the CPU 1 stops power supply of DRAMs for which power supply is to be suspended. |
