PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable packing of an article by mechanically assembling a stacking deviation prevention box.SOLUTION: An apparatus for assembling a stacking deviation prevention box makes an inner flap 4 and outer flap 6 sequentially folded back on each other, makes an engagement piece 8 folded and fixed to a surface of the upper outer flap 6, and makes an engagement recess of a bottom surface of an upper-side box engaged with the engagement piece 8 of a lower-side box during stacking to prevent stacking deviation. A conveyor 21 for feeding the box is provided. There are also provided an inner flap kicker 22, an inner flap guide 23 and an outer flap guide 25 for sequentially folding the upper inner flap 4 and outer flap 6, an adhesive applicator 26 for applying an adhesive to the back side of the engagement piece 8 in an erect state or the front side of the outer flap 6 corresponding to the back side thereof, a rear tab kicker 27 for pushing and folding the rear-side engagement piece 8 in a conveyance direction, and a pressure bonding unit 28 for folding the front-side engagement piece 8 along with the progress of the box and pressure-bonding the front and rear engagement pieces 8 to the front side of the outer flap 6 are disposed from the upstream side of the conveyor to the downstream side thereof. |
