PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a thronging monitoring system capable of appropriately detecting a thronging state from a monitoring image of a monocular camera.SOLUTION: When track finish information is acquired from a track finish information accumulation processing part 154, a thronging detection processing part 155 discriminates, while employing, as a reference, a position indicated by information of an end position included in acquired track finish information, whether or not track finish information, which shows that an end position exists within an area of track finish position retrieval range, is held in the acquisition information holding means; when track finish information, showing that an end position exists within the area of the track finish position retrieval range, is not held, a new label number is given to the acquired track finish information; when track finish information, showing that an end position exists within the area of the track finish position retrieval range, is held, a label number identical to the label number given to the acquired track finish information is given. When the number of track finish information having the same label numbers reaches a thronging detection determination number, a fact that thronging is generated is displayed on a display part 16. |
