PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of suppressing more precisely vibration of an electric motor as a current actually supplied to the electric motor is fluctuated due to a reverse voltage.SOLUTION: An electric power steering device includes: an electric motor which applies steering assisting power to a steering wheel; a target current determination part 25 which determines a target current to be supplied to the electric motor based on a steering torque of the steering wheel; and a correction part 27 which corrects a temporary target current ITA determined by the target current determination part 25 by using a correction current as a current corresponding to a reverse voltage generated on the electric motor; wherein the correction part 27 adjusts the correction current based on a rotation speed of the electric motor.
