PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor sheet in which efficiency of an outgoing beam is high even if a spheroidal phosphor is buried, and chromaticity of a luminescent color is improved; and an LED light-emitting device using the phosphor sheet.SOLUTION: In a phosphor sheet 10 in which two or more spheroidal phosphors 5 in which a first fluorescent particle 7 is dispersed is buried in a transparent resin sheet 4; a part of the spheroidal phosphors 5 is exposed to an upper surface of the transparent resin sheet 4 to compose the phosphor sheet, thereby an LED light-emitting device is made a composition that is appropriate for an assembly method that produces many ones simultaneously. Moreover, a second fluorescent particle 17 may be mixed in the transparent resin sheet 4. |
