PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, a conference document sharing system and an information processing apparatus, capable of sharing a conference document with suitable means without considering equipment usable in a conference.SOLUTION: There are provided a management device for managing a holding place of a conference and equipment, and a program executed with a communicable information processing apparatus. The program makes the information processing apparatus execute the steps of: responding to information for specifying a conference and designation of a document used at the specified conference, and acquiring information on equipment used in the specified conference from the management device; and outputting the designated document to an output destination corresponding to the information on the acquired equipment. |
