PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging device that A/D-converts an analog voltage output from a pixel circuit with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In the solid state imaging device, a count code CD supplied to integrating A/D converters 6 includes: three-phase clock signals CLKB-CLKD each having an octuple period of a predetermined period T1 and being out of phase by the predetermined period T1; and gray signals g2-g5 producing a count value linearly increasing at a quadruple period of the predetermined period T1. The count code CD has only one signal inverted in logic level when the count value changes, so that an error in the count value can be limited to a minimum. |
