PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary container for producing pickles seasoned in rice bran paste, free from damaging a content such as a vegetable thanks to absence of a protrusion on the inner wall thereof for agitating its rice bran bed, and showing excellent force of agitating its rice bran bed.SOLUTION: A rotary container for producing pickles seasoned in rice bran paste, includes a drum-shaped container 1 having a smooth inner face and comprising outwardly swollen parts 1-11 respectively disposed on both end parts in the axial direction thereof, a container holder holding the drum-shaped container in a manner of allowing the same to rotate in a state wherein the rotary axis 8 of the drum-shaped container is kept horizontal and in a state where the rotary axis of the drum-shaped container is tilted relative to the center axis 9, and a handle attached to one end part in the axial direction of the drum-shaped container. The drum-shaped container storing a rice bran bed is rotated by rotating the handle to agitate the rice bran bed while holding the drum-shaped container by the container holder. |
