PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image control device that accurately identifies an object that has approached or contacted a display device to improve drawing accuracy, and an image processing system and program.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, an image control device that generates and outputs a drawing image, and an image processing system and program are provided. The image control device of the present invention acquires positional information of an object that has approached or contacted a display device for displaying a drawing image, determines whether or not the object is a drawing device by using the positional information, and generates and outputs, when the object that has contacted the display device is determined to be a drawing device, a drawing image by using the positional information of the drawing device. |
