PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a polarizing plate such that it is hardly peeling off.SOLUTION: A polarizing plate 18 is attached to a liquid crystal panel 10 so as to protrude from at least one end of the liquid crystal panel 10. The portion of the polarizing plate 18 protruding from the liquid crystal panel 10 is cut off by means of a laser L at a position where the polarizing plate 18 is located on the liquid crystal panel 10. The portion of the polarizing plate 18 protruding from the liquid crystal panel 10 is removed. |
