The present invention relates to a portable self-assembly torpedo capable of being used after users carry and assemble it. The present invention comprises: a first body in which an explosion control unit is formed in the inside; a second body formed to have a front end shape corresponding to the rear end of the first body, connected to the rear end of the first body, and in which a propelling member is formed in one side; and a delay member formed in the first body or the second body and delaying the operation of the propelling member. The width of the first and second bodies is formed to be over twice of the thickness. According to the present invention, the users can easily carry the torpedo and secure enough avoidance time when the torpedo is launched.
