The present invention relates to a building energy management method through controlling a supply temperature of hot water for heating and an apparatus thereof, and can promote energy savings by reducing heating loads of a hot water-producing apparatus through controlling the supply temperature of hot water for heating. Through the same, condensate flux can be reduced by controlling the supply temperature of hot water for heating so as to save energy for heating loads of the hot water-producing apparatus, and can reduce energy consumption by efficiently activating the building's heat source instruments based on systematic data. In addition, energy saving effects can be optimized by changing the supply temperature of hot water within a range satisfying conditions for safety rate of the heat source facility and pleasantness of the indoor occupants through periodic monitoring of seasonal or use status in the building's energy management system.
