The present invention relates to a forging press process, more particularly, to a forging press machine and a method for manufacturing a product having an asymmetrical-shaped portion. Provided is, according to the present invention, a forging press machine for manufacturing a product having an asymmetrical-shaped portion that includes: a die assembly having a die insert in which, as an extruding passage, an asymmetrical-shaped portion formation hole is formed; a punch apparatus that has a punch corresponding to the die insert and a punch driving machine driving the punch; a die cushion apparatus that has a die cushion cylinder which is coupled to the die assembly and has a hydraulic pressure providing part that provides hydraulic pressure for the die cushion cylinder, and that buffers the impact by the punch; and a back pressure device that includes a back pressure member which applies back pressure to the asymmetrical-shaped portion formation hole and that includes a back pressure driving cylinder that applies pressure to the back pressure member, wherein the hydraulic pressure that is provided for the back pressure driving cylinder is transferred from the hydraulic pressure providing part that is provided in the die cushion device.
