PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent confection made from kneaded products that is obtained without heating and yet has good texture free from stickiness and adhesion to teeth and does not cause a trouble such as adhesion of wrapping material, etc., even if stored for a long period of time, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A confection made from kneaded products is obtained by forming a non-heated kneaded product of a kneading dough material comprising a compatible component being a mixed and homogenized material of a sugar component composed of crystalline sugar, oil and fat, an emulsifying agent, and a viscoelasticity imparting component as main components into a prescribed shape. |
