PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convey control device which is capable of preventing a tension applying means from falling down to a lower limit position from a predetermined control position when starting conveying and stopping conveying, so that the long object can be stably conveyed.SOLUTION: A convey control device includes upstream side conveying meanss 8, 9 for a long object W, buffer means 17, downstream side conveying meanss 9, 14, and a convey control means 200. When starting to convey the long object W, by a catalyst of starting output of conveying speed information of the long object W output after receiving a convey start instruction sent from following another device, the convey control means 200 releases the restricting of driving source 231, 232 and starts the convey control of the long object W. |
