PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light selective transmission filter which sufficiently suppresses the incident angle dependency of light shielding performance, is excellent in light selective transmissivity and can be sufficiently made thin; a resin sheet used for the light selective transmission filter; and a solid state image sensor having the light selective transmission filter.SOLUTION: A light selective transmission filter includes a resin sheet and an optical multilayer film formed on at least one surface of the resin sheet. The resin sheet includes a resin layer containing a dye having an absorption maximum in the wavelength region of 600 to 800 nm.
