PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cylinder protective cover and a resin scattering prevention cover of an injection molding machine, which can enhance heat dissipation performance from a surface of the cover to open air, to reduce a surface temperature of the cover.SOLUTION: An injection molding machine comprises a resin injection mechanical section 5 to which a heating cylinder 4 with a nozzle 3 is fixed, a fixed platen 2 to which a fixed mold is fixed among molds in which a molten resin heated and melted in the heating cylinder 4 is injected into a cavity, and a heating cylinder protective cover 8 covering the periphery of the heating cylinder 4 for heating and melting materials supplied from a resin supply port. At least a part (8a) of the outside surface of the heating cylinder protective cover 8 is coated with heat dissipation paint. |
