PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable work to be safely and efficiently carried out by automatically adjusting a traveling speed without adjusting the operation of a shift operating implement, when performing work for loading sediment in a bucket and moving the sediment by a front loader work vehicle of which speed is varied in a range from low speed to high speed by the shift operating implement.SOLUTION: In a shift control device of a front loader work vehicle, a bucket load sensor 66 is provided for detecting a load of sediment scooped by a bucket 75, and when the bucket load sensor 66 detects a load of a predetermined value or a larger value, the maximum speed achieved by operation of a shift operating implement 18 is controlled to be lowered. Moreover, when the bucket load sensor 66 detects a load of a predetermined value or a larger value, the acceleration ratio of the traveling speed accelerated by operation of the shift operating implement 18 is controlled to a low level. |
