The tread has a set of broad running surfaces (A, C), and a steel belt (B), where the running surfaces are made of solid rubber or laminated rubber layers, where the tread is angular stepped or rounded. One of the running surfaces has a contact with a road surface. An independent claim is also included for a blade wheel.
