<p>The invention concerns a lumbar support device (1) comprising a flexible abdominal belt (2), capable of assuming a tubular shape to closely surround the abdomen of a human being wearing the device (1), the abdominal belt (2) having a ventral portion, two lateral portions and a dorsal portion, characterised by the fact that the device (1) comprises a flexible lower support band (3) mounted on the abdominal belt (2), applying a circular support to the lower abdomen of the user; and two flexible oblique ventral support bands (4 and 5), which intersect across the stomach of the wearer, and which apply a force in an upward direction and in a backward direction so as to match the loads weighing on the spine.</p> |
