The present invention relates to tongs for waving hair. Provided are a convenience reducing a waiting time by shortening the waving time through a direct delivering of heat on the outer periphery of lots rolled with hair; various hair styles by various shapes of wavers through selecting the thickness of the lots; and an effect keeping the styled hair for a long time while facilitating perms by making the hair near the hair root becomes healthy with an excellent quality of the perm (wave). |
