MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PVDF HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber membrane comprising the steps of: producing a solution by melting and mixing polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), plasticizer and a surface active agent at a temperature of 170 to 300; forming hollow fibers by extruding the solution through a spinning nozzle; and soaking the formed hollow fibers in external condensing liquid. The present invention can provide a PVDF hollow fiber membrane with excellent filtering efficiency which can be effectively used for membrane cleaning such as back flushing owing to a symmetrical spherulitelike structure and excellent mechanical strength, and satisfies an excellent rejection rate while having water permeability improved greatly at the same time.
