RED PHOSPHOR AND THEIR APPLICATIONS FOR LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICES

摘要

A red phosphor of the present invention is excellent in absorption in blue region and has wide emission spectrums in order to be applied in blue LED chips and can make high quality white light with high color rendering when the red phosphor is mixed with green phosphor. In addition, the red phosphor has approximately 400-500K of CCT (Correlated Color Temperature) so that the red phosphor can make warmer white light than blue LED / yellow phosphor based white light device. Thus, the application of EuSi2O2N2 red phosphor in white light device solves weakness of low color rendering of the blue LED / yellow phosphor based white light and prepares to have competitiveness by processing low price mass production.
