PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting position accuracy and mounting rigidity of an instrument panel to a vehicle body panel by making a mounting part stably held without deteriorating appearance of externals of an instrument panel.SOLUTION: An instrument panel 7 includes: an instrument panel body 9 in which an opening 11 that opens to an upper side is formed at a vehicle front end side; a speaker grill 21 that covers the opening 11 from the upper side; a standing wall part 15 that is integrally projected toward a lower side along from a peripheral edge including at least a vehicle front side of the vehicle of the opening 11 to this peripheral edge. A lower side held piece 17 is integrally projected to the standing wall part 15.
