PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunroof apparatus that can reduce the total thickness in the vertical direction in a spoiler type sunroof apparatus, in which, if a slider is moved rearward in a fully closed state of a panel for opening/closing a roof opening, the panel is moved rearward after the rear part of the panel is tilted up.SOLUTION: A drawn-in engagement part 52 is provided at the front part of a lifter 28 and on the rear side of an ascending/descending engagement part 36 so as to be capable of drawing in a panel downward in engagement with a drawing-in engagement part 51, provided on a slider 30, when the panel is tilted down. A restriction part 58 is provided to the rear end of a lifter 28 so as to restrict the rear end of the panel from being floated in a fully closed state of the panel in engagement with a floating restriction part 57 provided on the slider 30, when the panel is fully closed. |
