PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable highly reliable evaluation of experts by objectively ranking experts in each specialized field based on relative evaluation information.SOLUTION: An expert evaluation information system receives and manages mutual evaluation information of experts posted by experts in communities of experts in a predefined specialized field and includes; storage means which stores evaluation information upon reception of each posting of the evaluation information that includes evaluation field information representing a targeted specialized field for evaluation of an expert and relative evaluation information in reference to another expert; evaluation information extracting means for reading the evaluation field information and the relative evaluation information contained in the posted evaluation information that has been stored; and ranking generating means for generating ranking information based on the relative evaluation information for each specialized field represented by the evaluation field information. |
