PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a period until a service node starts a service to a radio terminal when radio communication between a donor node and a base station is disconnected in a traveling vehicle and thereafter connected again.SOLUTION: A radio relay apparatus 100, which relays communication between a base station and a radio terminal, comprises: a base-station-side communication unit 112 which performs radio communication with the base station; a terminal-side communication unit 122 which performs radio communication with the radio terminal; and controllers (114, 124) which control the base-station-side communication unit 112 and the terminal-side communication unit 122. When the radio communication between the base-station-side communication unit 112 and the base station is disconnected, the controllers (114, 124) maintain the radio communication between the terminal-side communication unit 122 and the radio terminal, for a predetermined period. |
