PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system of a building in which measures to prepare for disaster can be taken suitably, when the possibility of occurrence of disaster due to natural phenomenon is high.SOLUTION: A power sensor 13 is provided in a building 10, and detects consumption of commercial power in the building 10. A home server 31 calculates power consumption on the basis of a detection signal from the power sensor 13. Upon receiving disaster prediction information indicating high possibility of occurrence of disaster due to natural phenomenon, the home server 31 sets an emergency upper limit as a consumption upper limit, in emergency processing of emergency mode. Furthermore, when power supply limit information is included in the disaster prediction information, the home server 31 charges a power storage apparatus 15 or an on-vehicle battery BT, and stops operation of any electric apparatus other than the power storage apparatus 15 and a vehicle charger 25. |
