PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise generated from a display panel surface.SOLUTION: A driver has a fame memory for storing display data inputted from the outside; a plurality of first latch circuits for reading out and latching the display data by one display line from the frame memory; a plurality of second latch circuits respectively provided in the plurality of first latch circuits, and latching the display data latched by the first latch circuits on the basis of latch control signals; and a plurality of decoder circuits respectively provided in the plurality of second latch circuits, and converting the display data latched by the second latch circuits into video voltage. A plurality of video lines, and the second latch circuits and the decoder circuits respectively provided in the video lines are divided into a plurality of blocks, and delay elements are inserted in boundaries of the blocks of a transmission path of the latch control signals. In the second latch circuits, timing for latching the display data latched by the first latch circuits is made to be differ in each block. |
