PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that allows downsizing a circuit board in an arrangement direction of signal terminals and improving the degree of freedom of component mounting on the circuit board.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 includes a plurality of semiconductor modules 2 and a circuit board 3 on which a control circuit for controlling the semiconductor modules 2 is formed. Each semiconductor module 2 includes a plurality of signal terminals 21 connected to the circuit board 3. The plurality of signal terminals 21 constitutes a terminal row 22 disposed in line on a straight line as viewed from the circuit board 3 side. The plurality of semiconductor modules 2 are composed of upper-arm semiconductor modules 2H and lower-arm semiconductor modules 2L. An upper-arm terminal row 22H provided on each upper-arm semiconductor module 2H and a lower-arm terminal row 22L provided on each lower-arm semiconductor module 2L are disposed in a mutually displaced state in an orthogonal direction X. |
