PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which a common hinge part can be used for a plurality of positions each at which a hinge attachment seating face of a door of the image forming apparatus and a front surface of an exterior cover are different in height.SOLUTION: An attachment seating face of a stationary side hinge plate 112, which is attached on an attachment seating face 113d of rear side plate 113 on the body side of an image forming apparatus 100, is provided with a first seating face 112k, and a second seating face 112m composed of end faces of a plurality of embosses 112f-112i protruding from the first seating face 112k. The stationary hinge plate 112 is so configured as to be selectively attachable to: a first attachment seating face as the attachment seating face 113d of the rear side plate 113 on the body side of the image forming apparatus 100 to which the stationary hinge plate 112 is attached, having escape holes 113f-113i through which the embosses 112f-112i can penetrate so as to come into contact with the first seating face 112k; and a second attachment seating face which can come into contact with the second seating face 112m composed of the end faces of the embosses 112f-112i. |
