PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading shock reduction device capable of preventing damage to a vehicle body due to a shock when a dump truck is loaded, in the dump truck with a cargo bed that can be moved up and down by a hoist cylinder with a pivotally supporting pin as a center on the vehicle body.SOLUTION: A loading shock reduction device includes a receiver 26 or a switch for generating loading-enabled signal generation means to be generated when a dump truck is ready for loading at a loading site. The loading shock reduction device further includes cylinder control means for switching a control valve 12 of a hoist cylinder 6 to an elongation side by an output of the loading-enabled signal generation means and elongating the hoist cylinder 6 within a minute range.
