PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footrest, which, in sitting in a chair with his/her feet rested flat on a floor, makes a sitting attitude comfortable including a reclining attitude, and which improves fatigue and poor blood circulation of legs generated when the sitting attitude is continued.SOLUTION: A foot putting (laying) platform 1 that has an inclined surface 2 that rises backward in a front surface part is provided in front of a chair with a distance apart. Toes are stretched whenever necessary, a leg is laid on an intended position along the inclined surface 2, and a body is adjusted and held by effectively using lower legs. The leg is lifted upward, a foot is put on the foot laying platform 1, and a folded leg is stretched, or exercise etc. of the leg is performed by using a rotating object, and thereby, fatigue and poor blood circulation are improved. |
